1. Stamp Angelic Trio on a 3-3/4" x 2-1/2" panel of white cardstock. Color using waterbrush and watercolor pencils. Layer onto 4" x 2-3/4" red cardstock. Glue to a 4" x 5-1/4" panel of steel blue cardstock, slightly above center. 2. Stamp Wing Wishes in center of a 2" x 5-1/4" strip of white vellum using Jet Black StazOn™ ink. Tear top and bottom edges around message. Tear another strip of vellum to place in back. Watercolor message, then trace lines with a glue pen. Sprinkle with glitter. 3. Position both strips of vellum on steel blue panel and punch 1/16" holes on both ends. Insert a brad in each hole. 4. Glue panel in center of a Blue Jeweltone card using Zip Dry™ paper glue. |
