1. Stamp Happy Easter Topper on white cardstock using Onyx Black ink. Watercolor image. Apply glue marker to selected areas and sprinkle with glitter. Cut out and adhere to black cardstock. Scallop edge black cardstock around stamped circle.
2. Cut two 1-1/2” x 11” strips and one 4-1/2” circle from Jetstream cardstock. Stamp stripes from Elegant Edges clear set over all using Onyx Black ink. Stamp rick rack border from clear set along edge of strips. Trim edges. Adhere circle to black cardstock and edge with scallop scissors.
3. Cut two 2-1/4” x 11” strips and one 5-1/2” circle from Lemonade cardstock. Stamp dots from clear set over all using Onyx Black ink. Adhere strips and circle to black cardstock and edge with scallop scissors.
4. Layer and adhere all circles before adhering to lid of pail with Zip Dry Paper Glue.
5. Layer and adhere strips. Measure around pail before overlapping ends. Punch holes and insert brad fasteners. Slide over pail and adhere to sides where desired.
6. Brush Narcissus ink over both sections of chipboard flower. Sponge Yellow Citrus ink over edges.
7. Stamp dots from clear set on chipboard flower. Adhere button to center. Punch hole and tie to handle with stamped ribbon. Tie additional ribbons and rick rack to handle.
8. Stamp Happy Easter over chipboard circle. Wrap ribbon around each end. Punch hole through ribbon and insert brad fasteners to hold circle in place around pail.
9. Embellish with Dot Sparklers.
10. Fill with lots of Stampendous goodies for springtime crafting!
