1. Stamp Pumpkin Border across vellum using Jet Black StazOn™ ink. Use colored markers on the back side of vellum to color in. Cut out border along top edge. Secure to a glass votive (shown is a 2-3/8" 4-sided votive) with Zips glue strips. 2. Color bulbs from String of Lights Class A'Peels™ stickers with an orange permanent marker on the bottom and yellow permanent marker in the middle to make candy corn. Attach to votive along bottom of border. 3. Secure rick rack
to top edge of votive and tie ribbon over in a bow. |
