1. On a 3" x 3" Maraschino red cardstock panel, stamp Star Sparklers using VersaMark ink, letting image bleed off paper at bottom. Emboss with White embossing powder.

2. Layer onto a 3-1/8" x 3-1/4" panel of Typhoon blue cardstock as shown, then layer onto a 3-3/8" x 3-1/2" panel of white cardstock. Embellish with stars and dots from Super Stars Class A'Peels™. Add a Star Chain Class A'Peel to bottom of white panel.

3. Cut and fold a panel of Typhoon blue cardstock to make a 4-1/4" x 5-1/2" card. Stamp happy fourth from Patriotic clear stamp set in lower right corner, about 1/2" from bottom of card, using VersaMark ink. Emboss using White embossing powder. Embellish bottom of saying with stars and dots from Super Stars stickers.
