Stamp Snow Bears on Ice in lower left corner of a file folder card using Onyx Black ink. Open card and place on cutting mat. Lay oval template in center of file folder and cut opening, stopping where oval touches bears. Cut around bears using a craft knife. 2. Keep file folder unfolded to work on front of card. Watercolor bears. Apply white Liquid Applique onto fur on bears' hats and sprinkle with glitter, then heat with heat tool until puffy. 3. Place a few Snowflakes Sparklers randomly around front of card. Sponge French Blue ink over entire front of card (except bears). Remove Snowflakes Sparklers to reveal white snowflakes, then embellish with more silver Snowflakes and Dot Sparklers. 4. Stamp Holiday Hideaway through window using Onyx Black ink. Open file folder to finish stamping across horizon, then watercolor house and trees. Use Celestial Clouds stencil to lightly sponge sky in French Blue ink. Stamp Happy Snow in file tab using Onyx Black ink and embellish with silver Dot Sparklers. 5. Apply white Liquid Applique in stripes to create snow on ground, trees, and on top of house. Sprinkle with glitter, then set aside for 5 minutes. Heat with heat tool until puffy.
