1. Cut aqua cardstock panel to 1-¾” x 2” and round corners.  Stamp what’s up? from Notes for a Friend Perfectly Clear™ stamp set in lower right corner using Onyx Black ink. Glue to clipboard.

2. Stamp whole flower from Flower Tops Perfectly Clear™ stamp set using Onyx Black on limeade cardstock and cut out. Adhere Daisy Blossoms Class A'Peels™ to center of a 3/4" circle of Festive cardstock. Adhere to flower using sticky squares.

3. Cut a ¼” x 1” strip of limeade and glue to clipboard as a flower stem. Attach flower to top of stem using a sticky square. Add black Dot Sparklers to stem as desired.

4. Secure clip to clipboard and thread chain through hole in clip.
