Directions

1. Create card base by scoring and fold 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" green cardstock.
2. Stamp image with black ink on white panel.
3. Color image with favorite coloring medium.
4. Adhere image to blue mat.
5. Adhere blue image mat to green mat.
6. Adhere pattern paper to green cardbase.
7. Tear a strip pf blue cardstock to look like waves.
8. Adhere to pattern paper.
9. Adhere image/mat to card base using foam pop up tape.
10. Adhere ribbon to card base.
11. Use liquid glue to adhere Blue Color Fragments to ribbon and card.
