Directions

1. Create a 5 1/2" x 4 1/4" top folding card from yellow card stock
2. Randomly stamp hat and confetti from Party invite set in various colored ink
3. Adhere stamped panel to card
4. Emboss a red panel of cardstock with Polka dot embossing folder
5. Adhere embossed panel to card
6. Stamp sentiment with black ink on a white panel and back with a larger die cut scallop edge purple panel
7. Adhere panel to card
8. Stamp Party girl with black ink on a white panel and color with markers
9. Back panel with a larger yellow scallop edge die cut panel
10. Adhere image panel to card
