Directions

1. Fold an 8 1/2" x 5 1/2" panel of Festive card stock in half to form card base.
2. Stamp Dream Text in orange ink on front of card.
3. Using Spellbinder rectangular scallop, cut out a white panel.
4. Sponge light tan ink and darker tan ink while die still adheres to paper, then remove die.
5. Stamp Tier of Treats in black ink and color with Copic Markers.
6. Mount Treats on Petunia card stock and then mount that on black panel.
7. Make a slit in the left fold in upper third of card, and insert a ribbon. Tie ribbon in a small knot on the front of card.
8. Adhere Tier of Treats to front of card near left edge.
9. Create a small white scalloped oval with Spellbinder die, and sponge inside area with pink ink while die is still on paper.
10. Stamp Happy Birthday on center of oval in black ink.
11. Create black scalloped oval one size larger than white oval. Mount white oval onto black oval. Adhere to front of card, overlapping Tier of Treats just above the ribbon knot.
12. Dab a little glue here and there with a glue pen on the treats, and sprinkle with 220U Ultra Fine Crystal Glitter.
