Directions

1. Stamp "Celebrate" background in VersaMark Ink on right quarter of 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" Teal blue card stock.
2. Cut a 4 1/2" x 2 1/2" rectangle of aqua blue card stock, and a 3 1/2" lime green square card stock and glue together with the aqua rectangle overlapping the green square in the center. 
3. Tie two ribbons around joined card stock.
   
4. Glue green/blue card stock/ribbon piece to front of card.
5. Cut an approximately 1 3/4" square with the Nestablilties.
6. Stamp a cupcake with Versafine Ink, and color with Copic Markers.
7. Cut a scalloped square of Teal blue cardstock with Nestabilities.
8. Mount cupcake panel to teal scalloped square.
9. Adhere cupcake over ribbons and green and aqua cardstock.
   
10. Cut a white circle with Nestabilities.
11. Mount on a teal circle also made with Nestabilities.
12. Stamp Happy Birthday in center of white circle and mount over other panels to the right of the cupcake square.
13. Embellish cupcake with a glue pen and Multi Ultra Fine Crystal Glitter
14. Add 3 Turquoise Dot Sparklers under cupcake panel.
