Directions

1. Fold an 8 1/2" X 5 1/2" panel of Lime Crush card stock in half to form card base.
2. Arrange various birthday greetings on Large Square Acrylic Handle and stamp in white on a 4" X 5 1/4" panel of Caribbean Sea card stock in white ink. Set aside to dry.
3. Stamp birthday hat in black ink on white card stock. Punch out with 2 1/4" circle punch.
4. Use watercolors to color stamped image. Layer white circle on a 2 1/2" punched scalloped yellow circle.
5. Punch a hole with a rectangle hole punch in right side of layered circle.
6. Thread 16" of ribbon through hole in layered circle.
   
7. Attach dimensional foam adhesive squares to back of scalloped circle, using one to keep ribbon in place.
8. Attach layered circles to blue layer and tie ribbon around blue layer in an knot on the front.
9. Glue blue layer to front of folded green card base.
10. Apply glitter and Fun Flock to party hat using glue pen.
