Glossy White card stock - blue card stock

Directions

1. Stamp image on Glossy paper and airbrush.
2. Stamp image on cardstock and cut out flowers.
3. Piece flowers on background.
4. Llightly color towards flower centers.
5. Add embossing tinsel to centers and heat.
6. Stamp sentiment and mat.
7. Add to background.
8. Add background to card base.
