Bazzill Basics Card Stock - Petunia, Limeade, Tink Pink
White card stock
Watercolor Paints and brush
Ribbon by American Crafts
Glue Pen
Dimensional Foam Adhesive
1 inch and 1 1/4 inch circle punches

Directions

1. Fold 4 1/4" X 11" panel of Tink Pink card stock in half to form card base.
2. Arrange birthday candle stickers all over front of card to form random background.
3. Tie 16" of ribbon around card front in a knot.
4. Stamp Birthday cupcake with appropriate number on candle in black ink on a 2 1/4" X 3 1/2" panel of white card stock.
   
5. Stamp cupcake again on Tink Pink and Petunia. Stamp candle and number on Limeade. Cut out colored images.
6. Align card stock images over coordinating images on white panel and glue in place.
7. Apply glitter to Cupcake frosting and candle with glue pen.
8. Layer white panel on a 2 1/2" X 3 3/4" panel of Petunia card stock.
9. Attach layered cupcake panel to card front.
10. Stamp Make a Wish in black ink on white card stock.
11. Punch out with 1" circle punch.
12. Apply punched greeting to 1 1/4" punched Petunia circle.
13. Adhere greeting to card with dimensional foam adhesive.
