Directions

1. Spritz Citrus Tickle and Sea Kiss Smooch Spritz on a 4 x 5 1/4 inch white panel. Let dry.
2. Stamp Dahlia on spritzed panel with VersaMark Ink. 
3. Coat with Aqua Tinsel Embossing Powder. Tap off excess and heat to set. 
4. Adhere to scored and folded 8 1/2 x 5 1/2 inch blue panel with glue. 
5. Embellish with Dot Sparklers.
