Black and white cardstock, Watercolor Paper
Ranger Archival Ink – Black
Watercolor Markers – Red, Green, Tan
Zip Dry and dimensional foam adhesive

Directions

1. Cut white cardstock ¼" smaller than 12" x 12" black cardstock.
2. Stamp text using black ink on white panel.
3. Stamp Flowers using black archival ink on watercolor paper. Repeat three times. Color with watercolor markers and water brush.  Cut out with detail scissors.
4. Stamp text on white cardstock. Cut out various size strips and turn into banners. Stamp sentiments using alphabet. Mount on black cardstock banners.
5. Attach white cardstock onto black cardstock.
6. Attach picture and banners to background.
7. Attach roses to layout.
8. Accent with flourishes.
