Directions

1. Fold an 8 1/2" X 5 1/2" panel of Parakeet Card Stock in half to form card base
2. Adhere a 3 7/8" X 5 1/4" panel of decorative edged patterned paper to a 4 1/8" X 5 3/8" panel of blue card stock.
3. Tie green ribbon around layered panels in a small bow at the bottom.
4. Adhere layered panels to card base.
5. Stamp birds in black and color with markers.
   
6. Cut out design and use markers on makeup sponge to sponge around edge of image.
7. Layer bird image on a 3" X 3 3/4" panel of green card stock, then over ribbon on layered card front.
8. Adhere pearls in nest.
