Directions

1. Paint wood ring with acrylic paint
2. Stamp image and color with Copics. 
3. Mat image with pink cardstock.
4. Cut circles from pattern paper to fit on wood ring. Add glitter to the larger circle and mat. Adhere to wood ring.
5. Add tulle behind stamped image and adhere to wood ring. 
6. Add a ribbon for hanging the sign. Embellish with a bow.
