white ric rac ribbon
dimensional foam adhesive squares
colored pencils
striped, pink, green and white cardstock
scissors

Directions

To make Box:

1. Score a 12” X 12” sheet of cardstock 3” from 2 opposite edges.

2. Turn cardstock 90 degrees and score 4 1/4” from the other two edges.

3. Clip the shortest score lines up to the long score lines with a pair of scissors.

4. Fold up clipped tabs and apply strong adhesive.

5. Fold one side in and adhere to small tab.

6. Apply adhesive to side panel and fold in other side panel.

7. Repeat on other side of box.

 

To make Lid:

1.On a 6 5/8” X  9 1/8” panel of patterned cardstock, score 1 ½” from each side.

2. Clip short score lines on the long sides up to the long score lines with scissors.

3. Apply adhesive to inside of panels on the short ends of the lid and fold in small tabs to adhere.

 

To Decorate Box:

1. Wrap two rows of white ric rac ribbon around middle of box. Secure with glue.

2. Stamp "from the Kitchen of" on 2" circle punch of white cardstock with black ink.

3. Write your name under phrase.

4. Adhere to large green scallop circle punch with glue.

5. Apply dimensional foam adhesive to back of punch. Remove backing and adhere to box front.

 

To Make recipe cards:

Stamp lines, dotted circle and tile on white card stock. Trim around edge of card.

Adhere to a colored piece of cardstock and trim round white panel leaving a ¼” border. Color as desired.
