Bazzill Candy Apple Red, Atlantic and White card stock
Red Polka Dot ribbon from Creative Impresssions
Colored pencils
Glue Pen
Dimensional Foam Adhesive

Directions

1. Fold blue 8 1/2 x 5 1/2" card stock in half to make card base.
2. Add Class A'Peel stickers to card front as shown.
3. Stamp Rooco on 2 1/2 x 3" white panel. Color and flock using glue pen.
4. Glue to Red panel 2 3/4 x 3 1/4".
5. Stamp words on 1 1/2 x 2" white panel.
6. Glue to 1/3/4 x 2 1/4" red panel.
7. Glue greeting panel to card front in lower right corner.
8. Tie ribbon around card in a knot, trim.
9. Add Rocco panel with Dimensional adhesives as shown.
10. Glitter Rooco's hat and ice (under the swoosh) using a glue pen.
