White card stock

Directions

1. Fold an 8 1/2" X 5 1/2" panel of blue card stock in half to form card base
2. Using Versamark ink and Crystal Embossing Powder, emboss Fireworks all over card front to form random background.
3. Stamp Greeting on a 2" X 3" panel of white card stock in black ink.
4. Color greeting with colored pencils.
5. Adhere greeting to the top of a 2 1/4" X 4" panel of red card stock.
6. Tie 12" of ribbon around bottom of red panel below greeting.
7. Adhere greeting panel to card front with dimensional foam adhesive.
8. Apply Star Sparklers Class A'Peel Stickers to greeting as desired.
