These white velvet, vinyl backed ric rac border stickers can be colored with chalks or permanent markers, or sponged with quick dry inks to make any color you want. You'll want them for a finishing touch on tons of creations.

This 2" X 9" Long sheet of stickers is made in the USA from the highest quality materials. They feature intricately detailed, original design by Fran Seiford.
