Timeless Rose by Amy Hurley-Purdie


  1. Start with 7” x 5” rose card. Cut a 5 ½” x 4” white card stock. Cut 3 doilies, and use blending tool to add Antique Linen. Glue to card front as shown. Glue burlap ribbon to bottom of card.
  2. Stamp watercolor paper with Versamark Ink, and sprinkle with white detail embossing powder. Shake off excess and heat set. Use Peerless Watercolors to paint rose. Let dry. Round corners of painted rose and use blending tool to add Weathered Wood to corners.
  3. Foam tape rose centered on card front. Add pink sheer ribbon, and pink sheer bow. Cut small circle and blend with Antique Linen. Stamp “Love” sentiment in center of circle with Antique Linen. Foam tape below sheer bow.
