  1. Adhere grey cardstock to card front.
  2. Adhere burgundy pattern paper to card front. Sand lightly.
  3. Distress white mixed media paper with distress ink using a blending tool.
  4. Apply embossing paste using palette knife and stencil. Allow to dry completely. Adhere to card front.
  5. Distress stripe pattern paper with distress ink using blending tool. Punch scallop border. Adhere border under stripe paper. Attach ribbon to back side of border with glue dots. Adhere prepared strip to font of card.
  6. Stamp image on white mixed media paper, color with markers. Adhere to grey mat. Place on card front with pop dots.
  7. Stamp sentiment to white mixed media paper. Cut into tag, distress with distress ink using blending tool. Adhere to grey card stock, trim around tag. Punch hole. Thread ribbon though hole, place on card front with pop dots. Tie ribbon into knot.
