House-Mouse Designs® Cat Nap by Janelle Stollfus

  1. Fold a 5-1/2" x 8-1/2" color cardstock in half for a finished 5-1/2" x 4-1/4" card base. Set aside.
  2. Cut cardstock smaller than card front, and wrap ribbon around to back of card base and adhere with glue.
  3. Place Chevron stencil down on white paper and spray with color ink. Dab off excess on stencil and remove from paper to clean immediately with soap and warm water. When dry, trim to fit card base at angle and glue to card base behind wrapped ribbon.
  4. Stamp Cat Nap with black ink onto white paper and color. Trim and frame with canvas cardstock. Add foam squares to back of frame and adhere to card front, tucking slightly under wrapped ribbon.
  5. Glue pieces of mica fragments around ribbon and colored image.
  6. Die cut Petite Fern with die. Glue down two full die cuts to left of image and trim and bunch one more around bottom right of card.
  7. Tie burlap cord in a bow around wrapped ribbon.
