Nested Teacups Celebrate Birthday by Janelle Stollfus


  1. Fold 8 1/2 x 5 1/2 inch color cardstock in half for a finished 4 1/4 x 5 1/2 inch card base.
  2. Tape down Flower Lace Stencil onto white paper.
  3. Stencil blue and purple then green onto cardstock through stencil using a natural brush.
  4. Remove stencil and clean with warm water and soap.
  5. Use the largest Nested Tea Cup die to cut our from the stenciled paper. Optional: add shadow on the cup with a gray color pencil.
  6. Lay down the Diamond Grid Stencil onto white cardstock and spray with color mists. carefully lift up stencil and wash it with warm water and soap. Lay paper dry then add hand
  7. sketched lines as border. Distress edges of paper.
  8. Stamp sentiment onto white paper with black ink and die cut with fitted frame die and a larger color cardstock frame. Glue together.
  9. Cut out wavy strips of white paper.
  10. Cut and adhere pattern paper then stenciled diamond paper to card base.
  11. Glue tea cup onto stencil panel and then the wavy white strips of paper.
  12. Adhere sentiment with foam tape.
