1. Cut Thermo Acetate into a 2-3/4" circle. Adhere Snowflakes Frost A'Peels™ to acetate with some on each side. Accent with blue Snowflakes Sparklers on both sides.

2. Sprinkle a small amount of Mini Silver Stars Doodle Loots to inside of each ornament half. Insert decorated acetate circle into ornament and snap shut.

3. Apply blue pearl Snowflakes Diamond Dots to outside of ornament, using a variety of small and large stickers. Accent with silver Circles Diamond Dots.

4. Cut silver ribbon to 8" and fold in half. Put through loop at top of ornament and tie ends in a knot.

5. Cut blue ribbon to 22" and tie in a knot through the loop of the ornament. Tie into a bow and trim ends.
