1. Stamp gift border (from Retro Gift Border) onto a 3" x 5-3/4" white panel with Onyx Black ink. Stamp long chain border along bottom of panel. Stamp happy birthday above that, then stamp ends of chain border on either side of happy birthday to complete image. Color with markers.
2. Touch details of gift border with a glue marker and sprinkle with Multi Ultra Fine Crystal glitter. Tap off excess.
3. Apply Dimensional Magic over circles and squares of chain border. Set aside to dry.
4. Cut orange cardstock to a 6" x 3-1/4" horizontal card. Glue gift panel over.
