Stamp New Year Tiara randomly on 7-3/4" x 4" steel blue cardstock using VersaMark ink. Glue to top of an 8" square of dark blue cardstock. Mask 3/4" wide columns 1" apart on a 3-3/4" x 7-7/4" panel of red cardstock and stamp Confetti Mix using Prussian Blue ink. Glue to bottom of page. 2. Stamp Time to Celebrate twice on white cardstock using VersaMark ink and emboss with Pirate Gold embossing powder. Cut out watches and punch a small hole in links. Stamp and emboss numbers (from A la Mode Alphabet LC set) in Pirate Gold and cut out. Adhere all to page using Sticky Squares. String gold cording through watch links and glue in back of page at top. Tie bows on each cord. 3. Stamp Confetti Mix on a 3" x 7-3/4" strip of white cardstock using French Blue ink. Stamp Noise Maker on left side and Happy New Year on right side of strip using Prussian Blue ink. Cut strip freehand to create a wave. Glue a dark blue strip of cardstock to bottom edge and freehand cut border. Repeat with a steel blue strip. Adhere to center of page using Sticky Squares. Embellish wave and left side of page with Super Stars and Geo Shapes stickers. 4. Layer photo onto dark blue cardstock. Stamp and emboss New Year Tiara onto white cardstock with Pirate Gold. Cut out, then embellish with turquoise Geo Shapes stickers. Glue to photo and adhere to page.
