1. Stamp Trick or Tree in bottom right corner of white scallop postcard using Onyx Black ink. Use a yellow marker to color moon. Prepare Celestial Clouds stencil by covering star designs with tape. Lay stencil over scallop postcard and lightly sponge on Warm Violet ink using bottom part of cloud stencil. Repeat randomly over entire postcard.
2. Stamp Fright Invite in lower left corner of a 3-5/8" x 4-1/2" sheet of vellum using Jet Black StazOn® ink. Color windows from back of vellum using a yellow marker. Glue top edge to scallop postcard using Zip Dry™ paper glue.
3. Use Sizzix® to die cut one large purple tag and one medium marigold tag. Stamp Stop By onto marigold tag and Spooktacular Party onto purple tag using Onyx Black ink. Embellish tags with violet Dot Sparklers.
4. Punch two holes in center of postcard 1/2" apart and 3/4" from top. Thread purple and marigold ribbon through left hole front to back, looping back to front through right hole. Thread through purple and marigold tags, then back into right hole and out through left hole. Cut a 6" strip of black tulle and thread through holes. Trim ribbon and tulle with scissors.
5. Glue a 4" x 5-1/4" panel of marigold cardstock over a 4-1/4" x 5-1/2" panel of black cardstock. Adhere scallop postcard over using Sticky Squares. Tack down tags with Sticky Squares.
