Chipboard stem (old from stash, but any long stemmed item would work.
Petite Oval and Petite Scallop Oval Dies (Spellbinders)
Orange Ric Rak, Ivory Lace by May Arts
Prismacolor Pencils, Gamsol, Velvet Pleats (Maya Road)
Glossy Accents, Burlap Bag (Pouch Mart), Raffia (Michael’s)

Instructions:

Measurements: 8 X 5 inches

1. Die Cut orange card stock using Scallop Oval Petite Die, set aside.
2. Die cut ivory cardstock using Petite Oval die and then using Jet Black ink, stamp Cling Steampunk Owl.
3. Color using Colored pencils and blending with Gamsol using blending stumps.
4. Attach colored image to the orange die cut.
5. Using Boss Gloss apply embossing liquid to the chipboard stem and sprinkle on Aged Spice embossing enamel and heat set.
6. Tie Raffia Bow and attach on top of chipboard stem – add velvet pleat on top of all and attach to corner of owl image.
7. Place nonstick paper inside of burlap bag to keep the glossy accents from sticking the interior of the bag together.
8. Glue Ivory Lace and Ric Rack along bottom of burlap bag and let dry.
9. Then apply glossy accents to the back of the owl layer and glue to the burlap bag.
10. Cinch top of bag and tie off with more ric rak.

Instructions:

  1. Adhere patterened paper panels to a black card base.
  2. Tie ribbon around the top portion of the card.
  3. Stamp image on a white panel of cardstock with black ink and color with markers.
  4. Trim around the image leaving the top of the ball “out of the box”.
  5. Back the image with a slightly larger black cardstock.
  6. Adhere to card front.

Instructions:

  1. Adhere a strip of Ribbon to a square yellow card.
  2. Stamp Vase Bouquet on a white panel with black ink.
  3. Color with Spectrum Noir markers.
  4. Cover vase part of the image with VersaMarker ink and emboss with Detail Clear embossing powder (repeat).
  5. Apply Cotton Ball flock to small flowers with glue pen.
  6. Back image panel with a slightly larger orange panel and adhere to card.
  7. Tie twine around ribbon to create a bow.
  8. Tie button on to ribbon and then adhere to card.

Instructions:

  1. Fold 10″ x 7″ panel of Cherry card stock in half to form card base.
  2. Stamp face on white card stock with Tuxedo Black ink; color as desired; cut out with scissors.
  3. Stamp large flower and leaves on white card stock with Tuxedo Black ink; color as desired; cut out with coordinating dies.
  4. Apply Distress Inks to Creative Palette by rubbing ink pads directly on surface.  Spritz ink with water and lay 4-3/4″ x 6-3/4″ panel of water color paper on ink.  Once you have achieved the desired look, set aside to dry.
  5. Adhere water color panel to card base with Zip Dry.
  6. Adhere face to card front with Zip Dry.
  7. Arrange and adhere leaves to top of head.
  8. Adhere flower with foam squares.
  9. Tie knot it middle of 5″ length of yellow ribbon and adhere with glue dot.
  10. Adhere pearl stickers for necklace and earrings.

Instructions:

1. Fold a 4.5″ x 11″ piece of orchid cardstock in half. Add Versamark ink to bottom and then add Vintage Lilac Embossing Enamel and Lavender Glass Glitter and heat. Set aside.
2. On a white 3.75″ x 5″ piece of white cardstock stamp Flying Machines stamp using White distress stain. Heat. Apply Perfect Petunia and Hydrangea Versamagic ink with a direct to paper technique. Dry with heat gun.
3. Stamp Art Deco Lady with Versamark ink and apply Detail Black Embossing Powder and heat.
4. Stamp small border from Elegant borders to left edge in Versamark ink and add Black detail EP and heat.
5. Using a versamarker color in lady’s ribbons and flower then add Vintage Lilac embossing tinsel and heat. Add Fresh Green Glass Glitter with a wet adhesive to leaves.
6. Add small silver dot sparklers to her “jewels” in her hair.
7. Mat this piece on a sightly larger black piece of cardstock.
8. Scrunch 8″ piece of black tulle and glue to back of Deco Lady panel with hot glue. Add this panel to cardstock base and adhere.
