1. Adhere paper panels to a square pink card.
2. Tie polka dot ribbon around card.
3. Stamp image on a white panel with black ink.
4. Color image with copic markers.
5. Back panel with a dark pink panel and adhere to card.
6. Sprinkle shabby pink embossing enamel and champagne glitter glass on card and heat from underneath until melted.
7. Stamp sentiment on a white die cut oval panel with black ink.
8. Back panel with a larger teal panel and adhere to card.
