Instructions:

  1. Create a kraft card blank with A5 card front.
  2. Using pink cardstock prepare a mat 1/16 inch on each side smaller than the card front. Adhere to the base with MyStik®.
  3. Trim a panel from patterned paper 1/16 inch on each side smaller than the mat. Ink the edges and adhere to the base with MyStik®.
  4. Dab embossing ink onto metal corners with Boss Gloss and sprinkle with Aged Ivory Enamel. Shake off the excess and heat emboss.
  5. Adhere the corners to the card with Adhesive Sheets in the top and bottom right corners as shown.
  6. Die cut a large Lacey Pennant from coordinated papers and adhere to the card, allowing the top left corner to hang off the card.
  7. Create a centre panel from patterned papers, pink and beige cardstock (use the photo for approximate proportions) and adhere to the card using 3D Foam Squares. Add pearls along the right side as shown.
  8. Stamp Wind In Sails onto watercolour paper with Coffee Ink and colour with Inktense pencils. Die cut and emboss with Labels 18 die. Adhere to the card with 3D Foam Squares.
  9. Stamp Near The Sea sentiment on a scrap of kraft card in purple ink. Trim and form in your hands to create a small wavy banner. Adhere to the card.
  10. Cover the 3D Foam Pennants with matching papers, add eyelets and suede twine and layer at the top of the card as shown.
  11. Finish the card with a canvas flower and suede twine bows adhered with DODZ™ – 3D. Add final touches with brads and decorative pins.

Instructions:

  1. Create a card blank with A5 card front.
  2. Using a dark blue cardstock prepare a mat 1/16 inch on each side smaller than the card front. Distress the edges and adhere to the base with MyStik®.
  3. Trim a panel from patterned paper 1/16 inch on each side smaller than the mat. Distress the edges and adhere to the base with MyStik®.
  4. Using Adhesive Sheets apply adhesive to the ornate corners and adhere to the card – one in top left and one in bottom right corner,.
  5. Trim a long panel from a coordinating paper and add accent stamping with Vintage Letter using blue ink. Distress the edges, mat with dark blue cardstock, embellish with ribbon and charm and adhere to the card over Thin 3D Foam Squares as shown.
  6. Stamp Wind In Sails onto watercolour paper and colour in. Sprinkle Aged Marine Enamel around the bottom of the sail boat and heat from underneath using a heat tool.
  7. Trim the image, distress the edges and layer onto a dark blue cardstock mat.
  8. Tuck in a small strip of burlap underneath and add the panel to the card over Thin 3D Foam Squares.
  9. Finish the card with scrabble letters formed to say ‘Journey’ popped over 3D Foam Squares.

Instructions:

  1. Stamp Gold Fish Pair on acetate with Black StazOn ink.
  2. Apply a Sticky Panel to the back of the acetate and cut the acetate to the desired size.Put the acetate panel face down on a light box and using a craft knife, cut the outline of both fish, remove the carrier and apply gold leaf in a Mardigras color.  burnish with a brillo pad type tool.
  3. Remove the carrier from the rest of the acetate and lightly sprinkle with Gold Lux Mix then sprinkle with Teal Micro Glitter and rub with your finger or the back of a plastic spoon.
  4. When all of the acetate is covered layer onto a cream and rust panel and mount to a card.
  5. Stamp Near The Sea on cream paper with rust ink.  Apply a strip of Sticky Panel to each end, sprinkle with Teal Micro Glitter and pop up on card using foam squares.

Instructions:

  1. Create top fold card from teal cardstock. Die cut window with large Nested Frames die from front of card, leaving space toward the bottom.
  2. Stamp image on white cardstock panel with black Memento, and color with markers.
  3. Brush apply GemTac over mermaid where desired, and sprinkle with Micro Glitter. Adhere panel inside of card on back flap.
  4. Stamp Coral Tree on transparency cut to fit window. Brush back side with GemTac and sprinkle with Crushed Glass Glitters. Adhere inside front flap of card.
  5. Run scrap of yellow-orange cardstock through embossing machine with Dreamweaver Nautilus stencil. Brush tangerine ink over raised surface. Cut out all the way around into the curl of the design. Adhere to card, leaving curled edge popped up with foam tape.
  6. Die cut medium oval from Dreamweaver Oval set. Daub Sea Breeze ink through Nautilus design onto oval. Stamp sentiment and adhere to card as shown.

Instructions:

  1. Make a side folding card base with colored cardstock.
  2. Cut a smaller card mat from darker cardstock and wrap ribbon around both sides and set aside.
  3. Emboss the Jellyfish stencil onto aluminum sheet with die cut and embossing machine (Cuttlebug  sandwich: A Plate, stencil face down, blue coated aluminum face down, Stamping Details Rubber Embossing Mat, and two B Plates.) Optional: Use a stylus to emboss aluminum into stencil.
  4. Emboss the Happy Birthday Stencil through the machine with both the stencil and the metal sheet face up. Leave the stencil in place for next step.
  5. Drip alcohol ink on both pieces, staying towards the outside on the jellyfish and inside of the letters on the word.  Use a cotton swab to smear the colors if needed. Dry completely.
  6. Sand both pieces. The words were sanded completely with the stencil still under the piece. The jellyfish was just lightly sanded.
  7. Apply white ink to the top of the jellyfish with cotton swab, blending it with the blues a little.
  8. Adhere jellyfish to dark color cardstock, then sentiment. Tie ribbon in a knot and center between jellyfish and sentiment then adhere to back of mat.
  9. Adhere to card base.
