SSC1193 Charmed Art Perfectly Clear Stamps
MG01 Crystal Micro Glitter
SSH46 Large Perfectly Clear Acrylic Handle

Plus:
Americana Desert Turquoise, Lamp Black, Margarita, Sea Breeze, Turquoise Blue, Vivid Violet, & White Wash Acrylic Paint by DecoArt®
Modeling Paste by DecoArt®
DuraClear Matte Varnish by DecoArt®
Paintbrushes
Sponge Wedgs
Paper Palette
Paper Towels

Instructions:

  1. Paint the kraftboard base, wings and heart with White Wash. Using a large brush apply Margarita and Desert Turquoise, to large kraftboard in a painterly method. Loosely add Sea Breeze and Turquoise Blue. Allow to dry.
  2. Apply handwriting stamp onto an acrylic handle. Dampen cosmetic sponge and remove as much water as possible. Pour a puddle of Vivid Violet out on the palette paper. Pounce the sponge into the paint and then on a clean area of the palette. When you look at the bottom of the sponge it should be covered by paint but you should still be able to see the texture of the sponge. Quickly pounce the loaded sponge over the entire hand writing stamp. Stamp it over the kraftboard. When using paint on stamps it is important that you do not overload the image. If you don’t like what you have stamped simply wipe it off with a damp paper towel! Since you already have a coat of varnish on the surface, it will clean up easily. Immediately wash the stamps with soap and water. If any has dried use an old tooth brush to clean. The sponges can also be washed and reused.
  3. Using a palette knife apply Modeling Paste in the lower left and upper right corners of the kraftboard and allow to “set up”. Place scroll stamp on an acrylic handle. Stamp into modeling paste and lift up. Sprinkle lightly with glitter.
  4. Loosely paint the heart with Vivid Violet and Margarita. Create a wash of thee colors and apply to wings very lightly. Stamp the heart with “follow you art” text using Lamp Black. Place wing stamp on acrylic handle and stamp the wing kraftboard using Lamp Black. In the same manner stamp the paint brushes to the lower right and upper left sections of the base kraftboard.
